Privacybuilt on trust.

Luvarity is built to help managers organize the work of leading people. That requires trust. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Current policy

Effective September 15, 2026

This policy applies to the Luvarity website and manager workspace.

The short version

We collect information needed to provide and secure Luvarity, operate your account, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information. Information you add about your team is used to provide your workspace and should only be entered when you are authorized to do so.

01

Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly when you create or use a Luvarity account, purchase or manage a subscription, contact support, or otherwise interact with the service. This may include your name, email address, job title, account credentials or authentication information, profile information, and communications you send to us. We may also receive subscription and transaction information from our payment processor, such as subscription status, billing dates, payment status, and identifiers used to manage your subscription. Luvarity does not receive or store your full payment card number.

We may also collect technical information generated when you use Luvarity, such as device and browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, pages or features accessed, diagnostic information, and security or authentication events.

02

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • create, authenticate, and maintain your account;
  • provide and operate the Luvarity manager workspace;
  • process, administer, and support your subscription and billing status;
  • process, administer, and support your subscription and billing status;
  • save and display information you choose to enter;
  • maintain security and prevent misuse or unauthorized access;
  • respond to support requests and service communications;
  • diagnose problems and improve reliability and usability;
  • understand how Luvarity is used and improve the product; and
  • comply with applicable law and protect our legal rights.

03

Workspace and Team Data

Luvarity allows managers to enter information related to their work and the people they manage. Depending on how you use the product, this may include team-member names and contact information, roles, departments, start dates, birthdays without a birth year, manager notes, meeting and 1:1 information, goals, development information, follow-ups, tasks, onboarding information, interview information, and other content you choose to store.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have an appropriate business, contractual, or legal basis to enter and use information about other people in Luvarity. You should not use Luvarity to store information that is unnecessary for legitimate management purposes or information you are not authorized to collect or maintain.

Luvarity is a manager workspace, not an HR system.

Luvarity is not intended to replace your employer's official HR, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, compliance, or personnel-record systems.

04

Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to operate Luvarity. These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide infrastructure, authentication, databases, hosting, security, communications, or other operational services.

Luvarity currently uses Supabase for backend services, including authentication and database functionality, Vercel for application hosting and delivery, and Stripe for payment processing and subscription management. If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Google processes the authorization and calendar information necessary to provide that connection. These providers maintain their own privacy and security programs and may use subprocessors to provide their services.

We may add, replace, or remove service providers as Luvarity develops. When we do, we will use providers that are appropriate for the services they perform and our privacy and security obligations.

05

How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information in limited circumstances, including:

  • to service providers that help us operate, secure, support, or deliver Luvarity;
  • when you direct us to share information or provide consent;
  • when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request;
  • when necessary to protect Luvarity, our users, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or harm; or
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

06

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Luvarity also uses authenticated access and database access controls designed to separate user data.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are also responsible for protecting your account credentials and for promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

07

Data Retention

If your paid Luvarity access ends, your account and workspace data may be retained in a locked state for up to 90 days. During that period, you will not have access to the workspace while unpaid. If you reactivate during the retention period, eligible retained workspace data may be restored with your access.

After the 90-day retention period, retained workspace data may be permanently deleted. If you choose to delete your Luvarity account, account deletion is intended to cancel associated billing and permanently delete account and workspace data, subject to information we may be required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction-record, backup, or other legitimate business purposes.

08

Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as requesting access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain information, or objecting to or restricting certain processing.

You may also update certain account information directly within Luvarity. To make a privacy request that cannot be completed in the product, contact us at support@luvarity.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

If your information appears in another user's Luvarity workspace because that user entered it as part of their management activities, we may need to work with that user or their organization when responding to your request.

09

Children's Privacy

Luvarity is a professional manager workspace and is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher, to create an account unless Luvarity expressly authorizes otherwise.

Do not use Luvarity to create accounts for children or to intentionally submit personal information about children unless it is lawful, necessary for a legitimate business purpose, and you are authorized to do so.

10

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Luvarity develops or as legal, operational, or product requirements change. When we make changes, we will update the effective date above. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice when appropriate.
